1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Guestcliq, including the Guestcliq central dashboard for multi-property management, WhatsApp-based guest communications, complaint tracking, and optional PBX or energy add-ons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This policy applies to Guestcliq, Guestcliq, and any other products we offer.
2. Description of Service
Guestcliq provides a SaaS platform designed for hospitality operations. This includes:
- Guestcliq Dashboard for centralized multi-property operations and real-time monitoring.
- WhatsApp Business API integration for guest messaging and automated complaint reporting.
- Customizable automations and SLA tracking to ensure rapid issue resolution by hotel staff.
- Optional PBX and Energy Management add-ons for enhanced operational control.
3. Pricing and Billing
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule.
- Plans include Pilot, Professional, and Energy Add-ons. Pricing is denominated in ₦ (Nigerian Naira) or your local equivalent.
- Billing cycles are processed automatically. Late payments may result in the suspension of services after 30 days.
- We do not offer refunds for used or partially used service periods.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use and Eligibility
You must be an authorized representative of a hospitality business to create an account. You agree not to use our platform to distribute spam, violate WhatsApp commerce guidelines, or infringe on any intellectual property rights.
5. Data Ownership and IP
You retain all rights and ownership to the guest data and operational data you input into the platform. Guestcliq retains all intellectual property rights to the software, dashboards, and associated technologies.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guestcliq and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. You agree to indemnify Guestcliq against any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
